Shipping and Processing 

What To Expect

Ivory Paper Co offers worldwide shipping!

Each planner is made to order by hand in Ohio by our team. Keep the shipping and processing time in mind when choosing your planner start date. 

 

Orders CAN BE cancelled if your order hasn't shipped AND our estimated processing time is overdue. Orders can not be cancelled or changed once placed for any other reasons.

 

If you need to update your address, please email support@ivorypaperco.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this request.

After placing an order, orders typically will ship from our facility after our 7-10 business days of Processing. Our processing time varies by the season & demand, so processing times can fluctuate. (Processing Notes: Non-business days include Saturday, Sunday & holidays.)

These times are only estimates and can vary. Processing times can vary at a greater frequency during the months of December & January. 

Once shipped, your planner should arrive at your door within 1 to 4 days for US orders. 

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is ready to ship. If you placed an order and have not received your tracking information by the end of our estimated processing time, please email us at support@ivorypaperco.com

Automatic Start Date Updates

There are times when our team receives an order that has not considered processing time or processing takes longer than our estimate. 

If you chose a planner start date that we believe will have some outdated pages, our production team has an "automatic planner start date update" that will update your planner's start date in an effort to avoid unused pages. 

All of our planners start either at the beginning of the month or at a mid-month. 

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

Orders CAN BE cancelled if your order hasn't shipped AND our estimated processing time is overdue. No returns or cancellation for other reasons. Exchanges on damaged items .

 

Since each Ivory Paper Planner is made to order, our policy only allows for exchanges on damaged goods. Processing times are the best estimate on when your planner will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons. 

 

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by emailing us at support@ivorypaperco.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your planner. 

 

Variations can occur during the printing process. These characteristics do not affect the usability of an Ivory Paper Planner and are not considered damaged. Printing is more of an art than a science and these unpreventable and minor variations lend themselves to the personality of each unique product.
