Can I pick up my order?


All Ivory Paper Co products are assembled and processed in our Columbus, Ohio facility. Pickup is not currently something we offer.




How can I update my shipping address?


If you just placed an order, please email us right away to support@ivorypaperco.com with your order number and the requested address change. Once your order is in process, we have a small window of time where we can update your address before it heads to our shipping department. Please keep in mind that in some cases, we may be unable to update your shipping address. Thank you for understanding.




How long does it take for my order to ship?


You can find the most up to date processing times on our Shipping & Returns page.




Do you offer coupons for first time customers?


We very rarely offer discounts or coupon codes on Ivory Paper Co products. If we ever do run a promotion make sure you are signed up for our email list to be alerted on the details.




I received a damaged planner. How can I get this taken care of?


We are so sorry that your planner arrived less than perfect. Please email us at support@ivorypaperco.com so we can resolve this issue for you!
